What do I know and what do I hope to learn about Energy Industrial Safety? During this course we will be focused on an overview for industrial workers of state/federal regulations and guidelines which require industrial safety training.

- Describe the basic components of safety, health, and environmental systems as defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
- Describe Hazardous Waste Operator (HAZWOPER) Standards
- Locate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and interpret data.
- Select and don Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform Lockout / Tagout procedures.
- Complete a confined space and hot work permit.
- Select and employ fall protection equipment.
- Fill out a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
